All returns must be sent back within 14 working days of the invoice date.
Customers will be responsible for all freight costs unless the product(s) received was damaged in transit or the wrong order has been sent.
Delivery & Dispatch
Goods will usually be dispatched within 48 hours of your order being received during normal business hours Monday-Thursday. We do not ship on Fridays to prevent our stock sitting for an extended time in a courier depot. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within this time frame we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery, and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order.
We send all orders out by courier. Once the order is on its way you will receive the track and trace details via email.
No goods will be delivered until we receive payment. We accept Visa, Master Card, PayPal. You can also pay via internet banking.
All treats and cookies made by The Doggy Deli (2018) Limted are intended to be fed as treats only and are not a meal substitute.
Please ensure you read the warnings and care label on receipt of product. The Doggy Deli (2018) Limited cannot accept responsibility for damages if the warning and care labels instructions were not followed.
