Daisy's Doggy Deli makes and supplies hand made, small batch dog treats and accessories.
All of our treats are preservative free and must be stored in refrigeration.
All have a best before date and must be used within this timeframe. Meat treats should be used within 7 days of opening.
All treats are suitable for freezing with the exception of Birthday cakes and Pupcakes which are frozen prior to dispatch to maintain product integrity.
Our baked treats contain wholemeal flour unless otherwise specified.
Our treats must not be used as meal replacements as they are not designed to supply the full daily nutritional requirements of your dog. They must be fed as treats only.
All orders are dispatched via Courier with the exception of local orders, We will advise you of the tracking number once goods are dispatched. It is your responsibility to check on line tracking information. While our couriers do a great job there may be occasions where delivery is delayed or misplaced. Should this occur we will work with you to provide an acceptable resolution. This may be re-supply or reimbursement as mutually agreed.
Daisy's Doggy Deli will accept no liability for any failure or omission on your part that affects the ability for goods to be delivered in a timely manner.
If goods are damaged during transit you must advise us within 24 hours of delivery. Daisy's Doggy Deli accepts no liability for claims relating to damage after this timeframe.
Once paid for Daisy's Doggy Deli will dispatch website orders within a timely manner which is normally between 1 and 4 days. We may decide to hold your order until after a weekend or public holiday should that fall within our normal dispatch timeframe. This will normally be to protect the product quality during shipping. Should this occur we will advise you via email.
*If you require your order in time for a specific event e.g. a birthday, you must give us sufficient lead in time to make and ship your order in time. We typically require a minimum of 5 working days lead in for cakes and pupcakes. Please contact us to discuss if you are unsure, we will do our utmost to meet your requirements but at times this may not be possible due to prior committments and workload.
Daisy's Doggy Deli accepts no liability for use of our products other than for the original intended purpose.
Our herbal balms and soaps and other products are intended to enhance your pets well being. They are not to be used to treat any on-going or potentially serious conditions. You must contact your veterinarian, Daisy's Doggy Deli shall not be liable for any failure to do so.
We list our products with the intention that they will be available for delivery in a timely manner, should we experience a delay for any reason we will advise you via email and give you the option of supply when available or cancellation and reimbursement.
All goods must be paid for in full before Daisy's Doggy Deli will dispatch to you.
Freight will be an additional cost added at Checkout.
We provide 3 freight options,
1. Courier to uban addresses throughout New Zealand
2. Courier to Rural Delivery addresses throughout New Zealand
3. Local drop/meet for customers located in North Taranaki.
*Failure to select the correct option specifically relating to a Rural Delivery address will require us to contact you for additional payment. Should you refuse to make additonal payment your order will be cancelled.
Payment may be made via internet banking or Paypal. At public markets we accept cash or electronic payment via eftpos, debit or credit card using our ANZ Fastpay terminal. We accept contactless payment.
Daisy's Doggy Deli reserves the right to review and amend our Terms and conditions at any time. Such changes will be made on our website and publishing of same will constitute updated terms. We will not advise such changes otherwise.
